Since 2003 I have hosted practices on rooftops, bridges, grassy fields, studios, aquariums, museums, schools, conference rooms, paddleboards, trails, slacklines, decks, boats, and beyond. No matter the setting or the body, yoga is accessible and life-enhancing. I host private or group classes via Zoom allowing us to connect from anywhere.
I would be delighted to assess your needs and intentions and tailor a practice for any occasion. Bring the light of awareness through yoga and meditation to your life.
Consistent practice and steady reflection hones any efforts into skill. Whether you’re deciding on a practice schedule, contemplating leading classes, or seeking more guidance and support as a growing teacher, I can relate. Each session is tailored towards your goals. My mentors continue to support my evolution and exploration in practice. Relational learning adds scaffolding and accountability to any stage of study. Examples include injury/athletic rehabilitation, coaching on postures and individual embodiment, and personal guided meditation. It is an honor and really fun to share stories of “mileage on the mat” and support others making their way.
My life, work, and practice is bolstered by my own mentor circle through Applied Psychology for Yogis and mentor Livia Shapiro. I have a passion for supporting the growth of yoga teachers beyond the 200/300 hour training model. When taking the seat of the teacher, mentorship can offer a grounding force of inquiry, intention, and insight.Mentoring sessions allow for peer reflection, connection, and perspective while directly contributing to the integrity of our practice and profession.
